Vivi theme one piece
Luffy for rescuing her, Nico Robin joins the Straw Hat Pirates. 24 continues where the previous tankōbon left off and contains the next ten chapters (217–226) of the on-going manga series. Rummaging through some of its remains, while dealing with a rival salvaging crew led by the monkey-like Masira, and nearby monstrous sea creatures, the Straw Hats discover the falle One Piece, Vol. On their first adventure, an old ship falls from the sky. (Btw, I’m putting question marks at the bottom of the pages so I can enable answers for each post. He interest lies in neither money, nor status (he has those already - the Officers almost pissed themselves when they found out Crocodile, the Big Damned Shichibukai, was their boss) but he is keen on military might. Also that whatever Crocodile is looking for exists on Alabasta, so he couldn’t do whatever it is he’s planning to do elsewhere. xD All I know is that each of the Officers are charged with carrying out a part of Crocodile’s plan. I’m also dying to know what Operation Utopia is! Crocodile explained the plan to his Officers but we weren’t allowed to hear it. Courtesy of Mr 2, Baroque Works know exactly what they look like (except Sanji - I have not forgotten this). And now that Crocodile knows he’s been played, I get the feeling that shit will hit the fan for Luffy and crew. Has a fly in the ointment showed up? Don’t just stand there and stare at it! Pick the damned thing out before anyone notices. The great thing about Crocodile, though, is that he always seems to be the man with the plan. I know I wasn’t fond of the guy, but damn, that was cold.Ĭrocodile also found out this episode that he has been played. Mr 3, the, and I quote, “useless little shit”, was dispatched with extreme prejudice. Now I come to the Magnificent Bastard behind all of the above wailing and fist-flying shenannigans.Ĭrocodile upped his villain game a couple of notches. Or, if you can’t tell me due to spoilers, I’ll accept that and wait. How does that negate any of the gigantic civil war-sized political problems Luffy just pointed out? I mean, weren’t the crew helping before, anyway? Please explain if I have misunderstood anything here. Apparently, it’s not enough for Vivi to risk her life. But in the end, Luffy offered a solution that just didn’t sit well with me. Quite rightly (imo, anyway), Luffy calls her naive. What’s the point in Vivi risking her life?
The royal family ain’t so popular nowadays, in case you haven’t noticed. Does she really think that because they liked her back in the day that they’ll listen to her now? Times change, Vivi. How are they going to convince the seven million billion people (or however many are caught up in this omnishambles) to stop? How can Vivi convince them to stop? They’re willing to die for their cause. If the crew stop the rebels, will Crocodile stop? He also pointed out the fact that, hey, the strawhats are just a bunch of pirate outsiders. When the crew asked why, Luffy offered a few home truths to Vivi. As they were leaving Yuba, Luffy, having had time to think about it, sat down and said: “I quit.” Toto-san struggling in the arid sand to produce a tiny barrel of water for Luffy and the guy’s continued faith in the king must have rammed the point home. Luffy saw with his own eyes the hardship suffered by the majority of Alabasta’s population. What is Vivi thinking? Seriously, I am not quite sure. I’ll tackle Vivi first because what I was talking about yesterday - when the penny finally dropped about her mad plan to stop the rebel army - was brought up by Luffy himself today. Thankfully, the development centers around the collision of two plotlines, so I can make my life easier by dividing the post into two sections.
Not sure how many manga chapters were crammed into 104 but there was so much reveal here it seemed like the anime team burned through a lot of manga material. It is a straight up five stars for this episode. Vivi! The Tearful Vow to Put Friends on the Line!”
